Nowadays, we all know how boring students find doing classical assignments. What they need is to do more innovative assignments using technology. For example, the teacher can even tell a difficult topic by using technology and gamification. This makes the lessons more fun and students become more active in the lessons. What is Voki?
Voki is an application that allows you to create characters online and allow them to speak text you type. These characters can be human or animal or an object. For example, I chose a dog as a character. You can change the character selection completely optional. You can even make up your character, dress her up and make her speak on many different accents. With this application you can follow your student's development by giving assignments as a teacher. Very unusual application for both students and teachers.
